SOBA

Soba are brownish noodles made from buckwheat flour. They are eaten hot in broth or cold after being dipped in a soy-flavored sauce. A common accompaniment consists of tempura, battered and deep-fried vegetables.

In this activity locals will teach you how to make soba. After making the noodles, you can enjoy them with a glass of sake and some tempura.
